Succubus is an extremely rare race of demons who feed off of emotion. Lust is their highly preferred food of choice, though they can metabolize nearly any human emotion, from fear, to greed, to joy.

A Succubi has an aura about them that exudes a type of presense around them at all times, in varying degrees. Rachel is able to key in on this aura to an almost overwhealming point for most normal people, achieving a sort of thrall. This also allows Rachel to control a person's responses by touch, temporarily enthralling them to her will. Whatever emotion the Succcubus has fed off of last is typically what will be seen in that aura, which is why most will not feed on negative emotions if they can help it.

Feeding gives Rachel a store of energy that stops her aging process and can grant her a measure of enhanced speed and strength, as well as advanced healing. The effects of prolonged feeding on a single person, or feeding repeatedly can result in illness, weakness, and/or death.
